About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using modern technologies.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build features that delight our users. We value collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
As a senior member of the team, you will also be expected to mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and help establish best practices across the engineering organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features across the full stack
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define requirements
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Contribute to technical architecture and system design decisions
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
