The story
Moss is built like a traditional sofa: a hardwood frame, coil springs and feather-wrapped cushions that can be plumped back into shape. Casa Brunelle upholster each one to order in Lyon.
Materials
Olive corduroy · Ribbed, velvety and catching the light along the wale.
American black walnut · Dark, fine and slightly figured, with purple and grey notes that settle once oiled.
Heavy linen · Dry, cool hand with a natural slub; creases gracefully.
Wool bouclé · Soft, nubby and very hard-wearing; hides crumbs and pet hair well.
Oxblood leather · A deep red-brown with a waxy feel and visible natural markings.
European oak · Pale honey tones and a strong, open grain. Hard enough for tabletops, soft enough to carve.

Care
Plump and turn the cushions weekly. Covers are removable for cleaning.
Delivery & returns
Large pieces are delivered by two people to the room of your choice, with packaging taken away. Made-to-order pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused.
