Ticket questions
Do I need to book a date?
Day and Twilight tickets are for a specific date, so we can keep lines short. Two-Day tickets and Season Passes let you choose as you go.
Can I change my date?
Yes, up to 24 hours before your visit, as many times as you need. No fee.
Who counts as a child?
Ages 4 to 12 pay the child price. Under 4s go free and don’t need a ticket. Some rides have height rules, whatever your age.
Is there a carer ticket?
Yes. One essential carer goes free with each guest who needs support. Ask at the entrance on the day.
Are tickets refundable?
If we close for bad weather, we’ll refund or move your date automatically. Otherwise, change your date instead of refunding.
