QUESTIONS
Asked and
answered.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes. Picnics are welcome anywhere with a bench, and the Picnic Lawn has shady tables and free water refills. Please leave glass bottles at home.
What happens if it rains?
Most rides keep running in light rain. A few close in storms or high winds and reopen as soon as it’s safe. If the whole park closes, we refund or move your date.
Are there lockers?
Free lockers at the main gate, at Comet Coast and at Splash Street. Bring a coin or use the app-free code lockers.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes. Get a hand stamp at the exit and come back the same day.
Can I bring a buggy?
Of course. There are buggy parks outside every ride and baby care rooms in Little Wonders and Sugar Lane.
Where is lost and found?
At Guest Services by the main gate. If someone in your group gets lost, any team member in a yellow jacket can help.
Do you allow dogs?
Only assistance dogs, sorry. There is no kennel on site.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi covers Sunny Side and Sugar Lane. Signal is patchy in Loop Lagoon, which some people consider a feature.
