SoundWave is a podcast streaming platform that allows users to discover, listen to, and share podcasts. We offer both free and premium subscription tiers with varying features.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Free Trials
We may offer free trials. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refunds are not available after this period except where required by law.

Podcast Content
Podcast content is owned by the respective creators. We provide access to this content under license. You may not download, copy, or redistribute content except as expressly permitted.
Your Content
If you submit content (reviews, comments, playlists), you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our Service.
7. Creator Terms
If you are a podcast creator using our platform, additional terms apply:
- You must own or have rights to all content you upload
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your content
- We may remove content that violates our policies
- Revenue sharing terms are outlined in the Creator Agreement
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of podcast content, which is the responsibility of the creators.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOUNDWAVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoundWave from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
