The challenge

penny’s audience searched for basic money questions late at night. The answers they found were written for bankers.

What we did

  1. 01

We collected the real questions from support tickets and search data.

  2. 02

Financial editors wrote plain-language answers; models helped with structure and translations, never with the numbers.

  3. 03

Every answer carries a reviewer’s name and a review date.
